My sister had been trying to reach me and finally called my daughter at work. I only had a 30 minute drive but it was long. I didn't make it to the hospital in time to say good bye. Thank you for sharing. I'm sure many, as I did, can relate to your pain at this time. Mama's are special and are missed when no longer with us. What a glorious reunion it will be when we see them again. After 22 years, my mom had reunited with my dad in heaven.
